The list: 200 US seed to Series C companies whose careers pages run on Greenhouse, Ashby or Lever, each with 5 to 500 open roles when we added it. We read the same public job-board feeds those vendors publish for job sites. No logins, no LinkedIn, no guessing.

Metriport opened roles in four teams it wasn't hiring for the week before: Customer Success, Operations, People and Sales. It also posted a Head of Customer Success. Open roles went from 7 to 16 in one week.

What went wrong this week
We ran 9 checks in the window, and 4 were degraded. On Sep 18 one of our safety checks wrongly flagged 21 companies as suspect. We fixed the check. 3 companies were flagged as suspect on the last day, so we didn't count any of their closed roles. When a board looks like it emptied overnight, we assume the problem is on our side, not that everyone got hired.
